About this home
Room for a big group on a private street near Agua Hedionda Lagoon. The kitchen opens to a large living and dining room, and three bedrooms are on the main floor, including a bunk room that sleeps six.
Upstairs, reached by an outside staircase from the backyard, a king bedroom and a loft share their own bathroom: good for grandparents, a couple who wants privacy, or a teen hangout.
The enclosed backyard has a hot tub and a fire pit. The beach is a walk, the Village is a short bike ride, and the freeway is close. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.
